•Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation working to make government services simple and effective. •Position Summary: The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products that support a paid leave benefit program. •You will be responsible for executing thorough manual testing of web applications to ensure they meet functional requirements and real-world user needs. •You will support complex testing efforts, collaborate across multiple project scrum teams, and may lead small- to mid-scale QA efforts with some guidance from senior staff.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. •Must meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired. •1+ years of experience conducting manual testing of software products •Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing •Strong analytical skills in problem solving, test planning, and risk evaluation •Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal •Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust to changing project needs •Strong documentation and test planning abilities •High level of attention to detail
