• Lead a team of SAP professionals in designing, developing and implementing SAP solutions • Manage team and work with product and other engineering teams to architect and evaluate design options • Take a lead role in maintaining and enforcing development standards • Mentor and train application developers • Stay ahead with the latest SAP technologies and trends
🎯 Requirements
• Education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus • 7+ years SAP integration (development) experience • 4+ years as a Team Lead • 2+ years as a people manager • Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management cycle phases • Strong development skills in SAP BTP and its component tools • Familiarity with change management procedures using cloud transport management
