📋 Description

• Providing end-to-end management of eDiscovery matters serving as the primary point of contact of internal clients. • Serve as the subject matter expert for other Analysts encountering complex issues or roadblocks. • Timely execution for the collection, culling, and analysis of data for eDiscovery requests. • Ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters. • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic without extensive supervision. • Proven ability to manage voluminous matters and projects effectively under time-sensitive deadlines. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with an acute ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization. • Proficiency and high aptitude with computer skills, such as MacOS, O365. • Provide individual or customized training, application support, and assistance. • Manage case data in eDiscovery applications including completing all quality control checks and documentation. • Ability to take the lead when leadership is unavailable. • Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects. • Assist in cross-functional projects as required. • Should be prepared to commit to extended working hours to meet demands of the role and contribute to the team’s success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a technical role on eDiscovery matters at a large organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong technical skills with computer forensic and/or eDiscovery tools such as Encase, Relativity, or Exterro EDDM desirable • Familiarity with various platforms and devices • Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery Review Platforms • Project management experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and flexible.
