📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, leading pre-sales conversations, presentations, and solution discovery around the nCino platform • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, identify solutions to key business challenges, and communicate the platform’s strategic value • Lead detailed product presentations and demonstrations and answer questions about functionality • Bring expertise in lending, credit origination, and financial services to customer interactions • Configure the nCino solution based on user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to highlight the relevant value proposition • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success to create a seamless prospect experience

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in banking or financial services, ideally complemented by experience in fintech pre-sales or consulting • Proven ability to build relationships with prospects and customers and navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade large groups and experienced executives • Ability to respond quickly to complex situations, adapt effectively, and succeed in a customer-focused environment • Very strong written and verbal German and English skills • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region, up to 60% • Hands-on experience with loan origination platforms or processes is a plus, but not required • Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector is a plus, but not required • Experience using or configuring Salesforce is a plus, but not required
