📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, translating business requirements into solution designs and detailed functional specifications • Escalate program-related issues and concerns to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction • Provide strategic consulting based on banking industry knowledge and nCino best practices • Advise clients on industry trends and regulatory requirements • Identify solutions to complex problems and conduct benchmarking and analysis • Demonstrate nCino product expertise, including technical functionality and high-level data model • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and create documentation • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting and advocate internally for product gap resolutions • Drive nCino adoption across financial institutions and foster stakeholder relationships • Provide project status updates, risk assessments, reports, and presentations to peers and senior management • Deliver actionable insights and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders • Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress and manage resources • Apply change management principles to support customer adoption and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Apply agile principles and nCino project methodology to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement • Advise SI partners, assess customization tradeoffs, and ensure solutions meet nCino standards • Conduct status meetings, maintain project schedules, and track responsibilities and deadlines • Leverage AI tools and techniques to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, and optimize operations • Use AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, customer experience, and team productivity • Stay informed on AI advancements to support continuous learning and scalable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience • 5+ years of professional experience in banking or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to manage complex tasks with precision, using organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication across all levels, translating complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging • Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight and escalate issues appropriately • Ability to build credibility and influence through transparent communication, collaboration, and consistent follow-through • Ability to support organizational change and identify process improvements • Salesforce experience • Position may require travel • Previous project management experience • Background in multiple lines of business in banking and expertise in loan pricing methodology • Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts
