📋 Description

• Execute project management activities across TS retail client projects. • Lead engagement and onboarding of new projects, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with client expectations. • Manage project financials, including P&L oversight and cost control. • Collaborate with the UK Program Lead on strategic initiatives and critical deliverables. • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management within matrix and agile environments. • Proven track record of managing complex projects and financial accountability. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a virtual setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (mandatory). • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency (i.e., Exchange). • Strong skills and competency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access. • Teamwork skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization.
