📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end relocation process for employees globally, coordinating all activities from offer acceptance through post-arrival • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for relocating employees and key internal stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the relocation journey • Coordinate relocation logistics through external providers, including temporary accommodation, household goods shipments, travel arrangements and destination services • Own and continuously improve the company’s global mobility and relocation program • Develop, maintain and regularly review global mobility policies, relocation guidelines and scalable operations processes • Benchmark relocation programs, benefits and vendor offerings against industry standards • Track program performance through KPIs, reporting, employee/stakeholder feedback and cost analysis • Identify and drive internal and external partnership opportunities to improve the Global Mobility program • Establish service level expectations and lead regular business reviews with vendors • Maintain financial budgets and forecasting with Finance for global mobility program costs • Review relocation invoices for accuracy, allocation and timely processing • Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies for immigration, employment and local regulatory requirements • Represent Global Mobility to external stakeholders, including auditors and professional industry groups

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end international relocation programs and vendors, preferably through consultancy and industry placements • Strong project management and organisational skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Significant experience and understanding of global mobility operations, relocation best practices and processes • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures • Excellent communication skills • Preferred: Experience supporting high-growth international organisations • Authorization to work in the country in which the applicant applies • Proof of employment eligibility required as a condition of hire
