📋 Description

• Interact with hospitals within the assigned remit, providing guidance, training, and support • Monitor hospital compliance against customer targets and identify improvement opportunities • Provide best-practice recommendations and create escalation paths to facilitate improvement • Take ownership of allocated hospital units regarding functions associated with NEC Registry contracts • Analyse unit performance statistics using centralised data tools • Target poor-performing units and manage them through improvement and escalation plans • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely progress reporting internally and to clients • Support units through the data-entry training process • Develop deep knowledge of Registry data and applications and teach the user community • Present information to stakeholders about NEC Registry applications, data calculation, interpretation, and presentation • Liaise with hospitals and provide two-way support with the NEC Data Quality team • Manage and resolve hospital queries using the NEC incident management system • Identify frequently asked questions and document them in the shared repository • Attend regional and national events representing NEC and customer services • Participate in user acceptance testing of Registry output services, including systems and reports • Maintain and update the contacts database with staff changes at hospitals • Maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to self-motivate • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Excellent communication skills • Good problem-solving and issue-investigation skills • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively • Ability to work flexibly when required • Attention to detail • Ability to deliver presentations to a wide range of audiences • Full UK Driving Licence and car • Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Subject to satisfactory vetting and reference checks • DBS check may be required depending on the role • Knowledge of GDPR/data protection rules (desirable) • Experience within the healthcare industry (desirable) • Experience in a compliance-related role excluding finance/insurance (desirable) • Ability to analyse statistics and make informed decisions based on available data (desirable)
