📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Developers to deliver the team’s vision and roadmap defined by the Data & Analytics Manager • Work with stakeholders across NEC to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient and user-friendly solutions • Contribute to data discovery and design data models for analytical projects • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Develop and automate Power Automate workflows to streamline and optimize business processes • Build and deploy custom business applications with Power Apps • Maintain reporting datasets and dataflows • Document and optimize the analytical reporting delivery process • Collaborate with team members to ensure reporting assets are compliant and secure • Stay current with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint trends and recommend enhancements • Identify new areas of influence for the Data & Analytics division

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Power BI Development including DAX queries, Power Query and data modelling • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate development • Keen interest in data analytics and workflow automation • Strong diligence and critical thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills • Able and willing to travel throughout the UK if required • Knowledge of Power Tools (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate) • Experience creating reports, dashboards and using M query • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Exposure to AI concepts or willingness to learn • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex situations to end users and technical staff • Exposure to MS Fabric, Azure Data Services, Salesforce, SAP ECC Business Warehouse, or Dynamics CRM is advantageous • Commitment to learning new technologies • Knowledge of Python, TSQL and Excel Scripting • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks required; DBS check may also be required depending on the role
