📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Developers to deliver the team’s vision and roadmap defined by the Data & Analytics Manager • Work with stakeholders across NEC to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions • Contribute to data discovery and data model design for analytical projects • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards • Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate • Build and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps • Maintain reporting datasets and dataflows • Document and optimise the analytical reporting delivery process • Collaborate with team members to ensure reporting assets are compliant and secure • Stay current with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint trends and technologies and recommend enhancements • Identify new areas of influence for the Data & Analytics division

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Power BI development, including DAX queries, Power Query, and data modelling • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate development • Keen interest in data analytics and workflow automation • Strong diligence and critical thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK if required • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Experience creating reports and dashboards and using M Query • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams • Exposure to AI concepts or willingness to learn • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex situations to end users and technical staff • Respect for others and ability to build trust and long-term relationships • Adherence to policies and procedures • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks required • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required depending on the role • Exposure to MS Fabric, Azure Data Services, Salesforce, SAP ECC Business Warehouse, or Dynamics CRM is advantageous • Commitment to learning new technologies • Knowledge of Python, TSQL, and Excel Scripting
