📋 Description

• Support the Revenue Assurance Team • Provide support to the Head of Business Operations, Chief Finance Officer and Account Management teams • Manage and support customer contract renewal processes within defined Business Areas • Track and deliver monthly renewals • Work with Legal, Sales Order Processing and other operational business teams • Contribute to central Revenue Assurance processes • Maintain NEC Revenue Assurance master data • Liaise with Account Management on upcoming contract renewals • Take ownership of contract renewals within defined parameters • Contact customers and third parties by email and phone for contract negotiation • Follow negotiations through to completion • Follow internal sign-off processes and prepare and present contract overview documentation • Assist Sales teams with internal and external contract-renewal documentation • Discuss NEC products at a high level to support contract negotiations • Address internal and external contract queries • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts in the NEC CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience • Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite • Good knowledge of Local Authority / Public Services approval processes • Good working knowledge of contract law • Working knowledge of contractual frameworks • Understanding of the Local Government / Public Services environment and its drivers • Ability to interact effectively with high-level managers and senior officers and gather information from them • Awareness of customer retention and achieving high customer satisfaction • Ability to adapt interaction levels according to the situation • Good business reporting capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated and self-reliant, with strong team-player capabilities • Strategic and commercial attention to detail • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines • Ability to multitask and balance customer and internal priorities • Willingness and ability to represent NEC in internal and external meetings • Effective relationship-building skills • Ability to organise time effectively and determine appropriate resources for job assignments • Full and valid UK/EC driving licence • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK • Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks; DBS check may also be required depending on the role
