đź“‹ Description

• Provide customer support to NHS hospital customers using the AdviseInc Platform • Manage and resolve enquiries through helpdesk, email, live chat and telephone • Prioritise, triage and escalate customer issues and service requests • Understand customer challenges and provide solutions that maximise platform value and adoption • Liaise between customers, Engineering and Insights teams • Share operational updates and communicate customer-impacting changes across Customer Facing teams • Manage user access and permissions with Sales • Deliver virtual customer training, guidance and support • Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes • Promote best practice, adoption and customer self-sufficiency • Facilitate new-customer data onboarding • Validate customer data for accuracy, completeness and compliance • Investigate data-related issues and implement corrective actions • Support customers throughout the data quality lifecycle • Monitor data quality trends and address recurring issues • Collaborate on complex data challenges and improve customer outcomes • Maintain and improve documentation, processes and best practices • Monitor business problems, take immediate action, escalate when required, and support ad hoc administration and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar customer support/service role • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills • Proficient in using Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Technical, detail oriented, comfortable and enjoys handling data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Genuine interest in NHS/health and saving our customers money • Helpful, proactive, good listener and problem solver • Personable, positive and enthusiastic • Acts with integrity and honesty • Flexible and happy to turn your hand to anything • Able to multitask and prioritise • Willing to learn, take on feedback and try new ways of working or thinking • Able to work at pace while delivering high quality work • Curious and inquisitive • Self-starter able to work independently and/or with remote/distributed teams • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK • Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks; DBS check may also be required depending on the role
