📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping how our most valued members experience. • Deliver seamless and personalised care across every touchpoint. • Manage Signature member journeys end-to-end, ensuring every interaction reflects our highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and care. • Personally greet Signature members and escort them through their visit. • Ensure Neko Health Centres are ready for Signature member visits. • Liaise with clinic teams to resolve any issues affecting Signature member appointment and flag any experience concerns to relevant stakeholders. • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions are completed within 48 hours. • Serve as the main point of contact for all Signature member questions and requests. • Monitor Zendesk and other systems to ensure Signature members are prioritised and supported. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to improve systems and processes that support Signature members.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-touch customer support. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Familiarity with scheduling platforms is preferred. • A proactive mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences. • Language skills or cultural sensitivity are beneficial for supporting international members.
