🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio focused on product and UI motion (not character or cel animation) • Sharp visual design skills — strong sense of timing, type, layout, and transitions • Proficiency in After Effects and Figma; ability to move quickly between them • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in fast-paced settings • Familiarity with marketing work: social, paid, or performance creative • Experience with 3D (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline) • Skills in editing, sound design, or visual storytelling • Exposure to fast-moving environments like studios, agencies, or startups
