• Nen Creative is an interdisciplinary studio helping tech startups launch brands, products, and stories • Join a small, focused team working across identities, websites, and marketing design • Lead translation of creative briefs into brand systems, websites, and marketing assets • Develop and present multiple design concepts, balancing speed and iteration with high-level craft • Drive decisions on layout, typography, and imagery to shape cohesive brand stories • Partner closely with creative directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to elevate design outcomes • Build visual coherence across client deliverables and internal projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency, startup, or studio preferred) • A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft in brand and digital design • Ability to design innovative visuals with a modern, tech-oriented style that resonates with ambitious startups • Sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus a willingness to learn new tools • Strong sense of ownership — take initiative and function independently while collaborating closely with a team • Experience thriving in fast-paced, client-facing environments • Bonus: Brand-adjacent skills like animation, illustration, motion design, or 3D • Bonus: Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising • Bonus: Comfort working in unstructured, ambitious environments where priorities shift quickly
