🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Polish • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
