• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Neo Group during rapid growth • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance • Build and maintain networks of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques • Help shape and promote our employer value proposition (EVP) through various channels • Implement data-driven improvements to recruitment workflows • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and best practices
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate) • Сonversational English level • Strong expertise in Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Self-motivated and proactive mindset
