📋 Description

• Design the foundations and technical roadmap of the AI layer within the Hume platform, specifically Hume Maestro • Actively contribute to the codebase and set standards for technical excellence, performance, and scalability in AI components • Work with Product Managers and the Chief Scientist to align technical execution with product vision and priorities • Partner with front-end and platform engineers to integrate AI capabilities into the user experience • Drive AI/ML engineering best practices, including model evaluation, deployment pipelines, and maintainable code structures • Potentially build and mentor a dedicated AI engineering team as the AI function expands

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning • Strong experience designing and deploying AI architectures • Focus on LLMs, graph-based AI, or complex data processing layers • Ability to bridge high-level research/vision and production-ready engineering • Experience working closely with Product and Science stakeholders • Desire to eventually lead and inspire a team • Communication skills necessary to coordinate complex technical projects • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth deep-tech environments is highly preferred
