• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Managing/Director/VP role in Enterprise SaaS sales focused on the Financial Services industry • At least 5+ years of experience managing Strategic and Large Enterprise Account Executives/Managers • Proven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing Financial Services customer base • Demonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams • Experience operating in a high-growth business environment • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Proficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure deals • Strong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving team • Proven ability to engage effectively with executives at Tier 1 Financial Services organizations • Contribution to a GTM transition and/or new product introduction • Enterprise Sales experience with mid six-figure ACV & 6 month+ sales cycles
