• Lead the digital marketing strategy for awareness and lead generation across priority segments and regions. • Input into the integrated marketing strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and improve paid media performance. • Build a strong understanding of our target audience and how they behave across digital platforms, channels and activities to enable closely aligned campaigns. • Work with internal teams and external agencies on ad copy, creative, channel selection and targeting to build out impactful campaigns that deliver a great customer experience and align with the overall integrated marketing strategy. • Own the digital marketing budget globally, monitoring and reporting on performance, and allocating spend to maximize ROI. • Work with Marketing Operations to analyze results throughout the customer journey. • Monitor performance, report to the business, test and optimize all elements of the campaigns to improve KPIs. • Own the implementation and maintenance of UTMs, naming conventions, and platform taxonomies to ensure clean, structured, and analyzable datasets. • Manage multiple programs at once, demonstrating strong prioritization and project management skills to coordinate across the business and external agencies. • Input into the integrated marketing strategy and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements across the business that drive the performance of paid media campaigns. • Build strong relationships and influence across functions and levels in the business. • Stay on top of industry developments, identify new opportunities and recommend new approaches when appropriate.
• 7+ years experience managing digital marketing to drive awareness and lead generation within a B2B tech environment. • Proven track record of delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that deliver results. • Expert knowledge of the set up, reporting and management of paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc. • Hands-on experience implementing UTM structures, taxonomies, naming conventions, and tracking frameworks to maintain high-quality datasets. • Highly analytical, comfortable working with complex datasets, and skilled at translating insights into clear executive narratives and recommendations. • Broad range of experience and understanding in a variety of digital marketing skills including content marketing, social media, user experience and conversion rate optimization. • A passion for all elements of digital interactions and the ability to assess and recommend new approaches to reaching our target audiences. • An interest in tech and a passion for learning about Neo4j and our products in order to understand the customer and create high converting campaigns. • Experience collaborating across internal teams and managing external agencies. • Experience using digital marketing as part of an ABM strategy.
