📋 Description

• We're looking for a working student (15–20 hours per week) for our Customer Success team to primarily cover weekend shifts and respond to user inquiries. • You will be the first point of contact for our users for all matters related to our app and NeoTaste as a product. • You answer questions or criticism across channels such as WhatsApp, email, or HubSpot in a customer-focused manner and manage tickets independently. • You represent NeoTaste with your voice by providing excellent outward-facing support. • You are constantly looking for new ways to improve customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• You already have some practical experience in support or other customer-facing roles (e.g., retail), ideally at another startup. • You can handle critical questions well and demonstrate a high level of empathy for different concerns. • You speak German at a native level and English at a professional level and can professionally respond to user support tickets in both languages. • High precision and a clear written style are especially important in your communication. • You are well organized, enjoy working autonomously, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
