• 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience for US companies. • Experience in SaaS or other software-focused environments (strongly preferred). • Proven record implementing campaigns that contributed to pipeline or revenue. • Strong experience with CRMs, automation tools, and reporting dashboards. • Excellent written English (C1 level required). • Highly organized with strong project management abilities. • Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and deliver quality output independently. • Comfortable in structured, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented environments. • Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
