📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale B2B SaaS implementations that generate high‑value outcomes for clients. • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Consulting team, mentoring staff and fostering a culture of delivery excellence. • Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues. • Develop and implement a scalable business analysis and delivery methodology, including standardized processes, templates, and best practices. • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning. • Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure smooth client handoffs and alignment between customer needs and product strategy. • Act as a senior advisor on complex implementation projects and build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or enterprise delivery/consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation projects in complex enterprise environments. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-value customer outcomes and measure significant return on investment (ROI). • Strategic mindset with experience developing and scaling operational processes for a professional services team. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to engage with C-level executives. • Preferred (but not required): Experience in financial services or the mortgage industry. • Bilingual in French and English.
