📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive oversight of the full portfolio of programs across Product, Engineering, and Customer Relations. • Design, implement, and manage operational cadences (e.g., quarterly planning, weekly reviews) that drive our cross-functional teams. • Identify and track key deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all major programs to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution. • Promote and implement working standards (e.g., project methodologies, reporting standards) that enhance visibility, predictability, and collaboration. • Lead resource management and capacity planning functions to ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. • Develop and maintain a robust executive reporting system to provide a clear, consolidated view of program status and portfolio health. • Oversee the development of demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept as needed to support program objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or in a leadership role within a PMO (Project Management Office). • Proven track record establishing and running a PMO within a fast-growing tech or SaaS company and in a high-pressure environment. • Expert-level knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them appropriately. • Strong experience in resource management, capacity planning, and financial forecasting. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align teams—from individual contributors to senior leadership. • Proficiency with PMO tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com). • Strategic, data-driven mindset with a passion for designing processes that are both effective and efficient.
