📋 Description

• Act as the principal functional and industry subject-matter expert for one or more parts of the mortgage lending lifecycle. • Lead discovery workshops to translate client challenges, processes, and objectives into clear functional requirements. • Design, implement, and configure the Nesto solution to meet validated client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. • Influence internal product and engineering teams to improve the platform by addressing the right problems, drawing on domain expertise. • Develop and manage a change management strategy to support the client organization through transition and ensure solution adoption. • Serve as a key point of reference and subject-matter expert for clients and internal teams, providing ongoing support and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years or more of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role within consulting or financial services. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear, detailed, and actionable functional requirements. • Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing SaaS (B2B) solutions. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence and guide decision-making. • Experience creating and executing change management plans to drive user adoption of new software. • A passion for problem-solving and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
