📋 Description

• Strong focus on expanding the German market — several major customers already onboarded • Organize demo appointments with prospective new customers (cold outreach) • Acquire leads and new customers and manage the entire sales funnel, conducting sales activities through to closing • Maintain the CRM system • Build multiplier and partner networks • Network and represent the company at trade shows and conferences • Refine and implement the existing sales strategy • Execute strategic campaigns for lead acquisition • Strategic planning for market expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability • Experience in ESG or sustainability reporting is a plus • Proven experience in establishing initial contacts (cold outreach) • Strong self-motivation, team player, and an independent, structured way of working • Good verbal and written communication skills (DE/EN) • Proactive with a strong "hunter" mentality • Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers • Comfortable working in an agile environment and quick to adapt to change • An existing B2B network is a bonus • Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
