📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform minor changes and enhancements in J2EE applications and Oracle PL/SQL code, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database functions. • Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning by working closely with developers and business analysts. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both data and application processes. • Develop expertise in the social security domain to better understand client needs. • Support software testing, validation, and documentation , ensuring smooth implementation of changes. • Facilitate technical discussions and stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment. • Manage scope changes and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders. • Provide regular reports on project progress and technical challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus. • Excellent English skills (oral and written). • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in consulting, software engineering or a similar role. • Hands-on experience with J2EE development and Oracle PL/SQL , including minor code enhancements and debugging. • Ability to troubleshoot application and database issues and implement small changes effectively. • Experience in stakeholder management, with strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments. • Proven experience in software development lifecycle. • Solid understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks. • Ability to travel at 25% of the total annual working time.
