📋 Description

• Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the Analytics Experiences portfolio • Build user understanding through engagement, research, and feedback loops • Develop and prioritize initiatives across the portfolio, including IDE-centric productivity, semantic layer, and conversational analytics • Partner with design and engineering to define requirements and validate solutions • Support architecture decisions regarding sustainability, scalability, flexibility, and technical debt • Create rollout strategies and promote capabilities through communication, education, and roadshows • Provide documentation, learning resources, and self-service tools • Define success metrics and track productivity gains through data-informed experiments • Develop platform standards and processes, including API design guidelines, versioning policies, and deprecation protocols • Build strategic relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration • Lead Data Developer and Analytics Experiences, including practitioner inner-loop tooling and workflow orchestration • Own experiences for defining, scheduling, executing, monitoring, and operating data workflows, including dependency management, backfills, retries, and workflow observability • Shape product direction and deliver capabilities across developer productivity, workflow orchestration, data quality, observability, and AI-native development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience (or equivalent technical role) in complex technical domains • Comfortable discussing technical design trade-offs and system quality attributes with engineering teams • Strong knowledge of modern analytics architectures and data developer tooling • Knowledge of dbt-based transformation workflows • Knowledge of workflow orchestration and scheduling • Deep familiarity with IDEs and notebooks (Cursor, JupyterLab, VS Code) • Experience with Python/SQL developer tooling • Familiarity with interactive compute environments • Familiarity with data quality/observability frameworks • Demonstrated passion for Analytics and awareness of emerging trends • Proven track record of managing product portfolios in complex technical domains • Ability to connect business objectives with user needs and make thoughtful trade-offs • Deep understanding of user needs through continuous engagement • Ability to articulate ROI of technical investments in business terms • Analytical mindset using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions • Timely decision-making and ability to reduce ambiguity • Collaborative mindset and ability to give and receive feedback • Ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries and drive alignment • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Consistent, high-quality delivery with disciplined prioritization • Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and adapt based on user feedback
