📋 Description

• Develop the connective tissue across our games portfolio by building frameworks that maintain the rhythm of the business and drive continuous improvement to improve how we operate • Identify and drive cross functional initiatives that benefit both games and partner teams • Create clarity in requirements by solving operational challenges by pulling the right people together increasing predictability • Prevent surprises by mapping dependencies, navigating risks, and resolving ambiguity • Track and support development progress across our portfolio of games in all stages of development • Have a breadth of knowledge of the titles we are bringing to members • Form enduring partnerships across leadership, production, and central partners

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in the gaming industry, working in game operations, program management, or production roles • Detailed knowledge of games lifecycle; software development best practices; project management methodologies and release management methodologies • Significant experience in Production, Project, or Program Management for software development; Technical Management experience is nice to have • Experience managing projects through the game development lifecycle • Experience with games across various genres from casual to core • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferably a mix of R&D and live service • Experience in partner management, internally or externally, working with licensors a plus • Management experience
