📋 Description
• Lead a group of Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers • Provide the data strategy, measurement, and experimentation for all games product experiences • Enable measurement, analytics, and experimentation for Games specific discovery features • Collaborate with Product Managers on game-adjacent features • Coach and inspire a high-performing team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing highly technical individual contributors • Deep understanding of data science, analytics engineering, and business analytics • Ph.D. or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field • Proven ability to influence both technical and business senior leaders • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable with ambiguity and positive collaborative approach
