• Create, iterate, and refine intuitive interaction flows across multiple platforms • Design new features for the Netflix Games ecosystem • Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and developers • Validate results with qualitative user research and A/B testing • Identify and address friction points in user journeys • Define how Netflix Games can transform gaming through intuitive design
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent) • Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing design work • Experience designing in highly technical environments • Interaction design expertise • Consumer-centric approach • Cross-functional leadership skills • Familiarity with game development and player engagement strategies (even better)
