📋 Description

• Lead the coordination of complex technical aspects of software development • Act as a critical partner with external entities for outsourcing • Oversee and guide the technical pipeline • Mentor engineers, assisting them in planning and scheduling their work • Drive the production of advanced technical features • Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience shipping 2 or more equivalent quality games • Extensive experience as a Technical Producer or similar senior role in the gaming industry • Engineering degree or a related field (preferred but not required) • In-depth experience with server and client networking • Significant experience in guiding key technical elements for multiplayer experiences
