📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and development of new Live product features for the Netflix Android app • Write high-quality, testable, and performant code • Drive UI engineering best practices and initiatives to enhance quality, performance, and developer productivity • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product and design to define and deliver on the product vision • Demonstrate strong project management and estimation skills to deliver high-impact work on schedule • Communicate proactively and effectively with teammates and stakeholders • Mentor and grow less-experienced Android engineers on the team • Influence the technical roadmap and direction of the team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with Android development • Deep knowledge of Android UI frameworks and best practices • Expertise in Kotlin and Java • Strong track record of leading projects and delivering results • Excellent project management, estimation, communication, and collaboration skills • Strong architecture and system design skills • Passion for mentoring and growing less-experienced engineers
