📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of NETGEAR Enterprise’s AV-over-IP portfolio, including switches, software, and management systems • Lead the AV Managed Switch and Pro AV portfolio from ideation and validation through launch and iteration • Define the long-term product vision and maintain the product roadmap • Set pricing and forecasting strategy and prioritize using data, discipline, and judgment • Write PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications • Balance technical constraints against user needs • Coordinate with marketing, manufacturing, sales, AV partner manufacturers, and support for launches and feature rollouts • Represent and reconcile the needs of engineering, channel partners, and global customers • Shape technical architecture and contribute to engineering discussions on AV protocols, features, and integrations • Present roadmap updates, product value, and results to executives and global functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AV-over-IP, networking devices, or management platforms • Track record of shipping products in technically complex, UX-sensitive AV markets • Strong writing skills for PRDs, user stories, MRDs, and business cases • Technical fluency in AV protocols, multicast, QoS, PTP, ST2110, device integration, and orchestration software • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence with Engineering, QA, and Marketing • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities • Experience at a leading AV-over-IP company preferred • Background in network engineering, systems engineering, or UX for AV ecosystems preferred • MBA, CCNA, or CCNP a plus
