• Contact AI-prequalified leads • Conduct professional initial calls • Qualify decision-makers • Identify needs and potential • Schedule qualified appointments • Conduct follow-ups • Take ownership of your own pipeline • With consistently strong performance, gradually take on strategy and closing calls • Close your own deals and later assume full revenue responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting • Knowledge of outbound sales • Experience handling objections • Experience working with demanding conversation partners • Ability to demonstrate performance using concrete KPIs • Experience or knowledge in conducting needs analyses at C-level • Knowledge of sales psychology • Knowledge of strategic pipeline management • Ambition, resilience, assertiveness, and professionalism • Ability to handle rejection and pressure • Willingness to accept feedback and improve on a monthly basis • Ambition to advance and willingness to take on greater responsibility
