📋 Description

• Acquire and possess in-depth knowledge of our target markets, segments, buyer personas, competitors, and partners via primary and secondary market research. • Educate the company on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities. • Engage with customers & sales frequently and intently; be the customer advocate within Netwrix, bringing the voice of customer to the product messaging. • Create and continuously articulate the story of our Identity portfolio, develop compelling positioning and differentiation and ensure this messaging is reflected in marketing, sales, and other assets. • Develop competitive insight that supports internal sellers and partners in engaging with their accounts and helps the content team create accurate and compelling customer-facing competitive content. • Develop integrated marketing and launch plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales. • Support our sales enablement efforts as a thought leader and subject matter expert and deliver educational and inspiring presentations internally and externally. • Support and coach the team to be the best they can be. Own additional tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product roles, showing impactful results in areas such as go-to-market strategy, narrative building, storytelling and revenue growth. • Bachelor’s required: MBA preferred. • Experience in Identity, Governance, and Access areas of cybersecurity strongly preferred. • Outstanding communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence across organizations.
