📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS • Drive strategic delivery and roadmap for Accounting, Finance, Planning, Reconciliation, and Enterprise Data Management workstreams • Collaborate with financial stakeholders to understand needs, develop plans, and deliver solutions • Support reconciliations, transaction matching, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, metadata management, hierarchies, data governance, and integrations • Partner with Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams on ARCS and EPBCS processes, close activities, budgets, forecasts, reporting, security, and issue resolution • Support EDMCS metadata governance, hierarchy and dimension management, workflows, mappings, validations, and integrations • Support data loads, extracts, metadata integrations, automation, and reconciliation between source and target systems • Lead business analysis and requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, modeling, prioritization, validation, and tracing • Lead testing activities, including test plans, test cases, scripts, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing • Gather requirements for systems, enhancements, integrations, reports, dashboards, and projects • Lead design sessions and prototype improvements to processes, automation, controls, data quality, and information flow • Document current and future-state system and business processes • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements with architects, engineers, integration teams, service providers, and Oracle support • Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems and process improvements • Ensure compatibility, interoperability, security, and data integrity • Monitor Oracle Cloud updates, assess impact, coordinate testing, and support adoption of new capabilities • Support operational, reconciliation, planning, forecast, and executive-level financial reporting • Support Oracle Narrative Reporting as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, information systems, or related business field required • 5 years of experience providing support for Oracle Financials, ERP, or Oracle Cloud applications • Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications required, specifically ARCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS • Experience supporting Oracle EPM integrations with Oracle Financials, data management tools, reporting solutions, and downstream financial systems • Solid understanding of SOX, HIPAA, and ITIL compliance • Deep functional and technical competency in supporting Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications required • Strong background in finance, accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, reconciliation, and enterprise data governance processes • Demonstrated experience transforming data and writing reports via OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle EPM reporting tools, Smart View, or similar platforms • Demonstrated experience composing technical and business documents, including requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and support documentation • Proficient in writing SQL queries • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, data flows, metadata management, and financial system dependencies • Demonstrated knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies, SDLC, IT technologies, architecture, hardware, software, and IT processes • Proven experience overseeing software solution, system, enhancement, or product design, development, testing, and implementation • Ability to analyze data and statistics and translate results into improved solutions • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication, time management, organization, collaboration, and financial modeling skills • Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting is preferred but not required • 3 years of experience supporting Concur T&E platform preferred
