📋 Description

• Develop, own, and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective across the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture portfolio • Provide oversight and direction to project teams to ensure successful delivery, compliance, quality, and client satisfaction • Serve as an escalation point and drive project or program direction from a product ownership standpoint • Act as a thought leader for customers and identify further transformation opportunities • Participate in customer sales cycles, including rapport building, scope definition, estimates, and staffing needs • Collaborate with Sales to build account growth and expansion plans • Transition customers from sales to project delivery through SOW reviews, role definition, project kickoff, and client onboarding • Ensure appropriate project staffing and manage staffing risks with operations, staffing, and business-unit leadership • Drive internal initiatives involving solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets • Contribute at a leadership level, advocate for the brand, and help the company grow and scale • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership across iterative software development initiatives • 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with direct accountability for solution strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment • 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce solutions • Deep expertise in Contact Center or Salesforce solution design, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and/or integrated CCaaS ecosystems • Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical and business value to C-level and VP-level stakeholders • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across requirements, solution blueprinting, user experience, integrations, data models, QA strategy, and go-live readiness • Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance • Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams, including developers, technical architects, business analysts, and QA resources • Strong commercial acumen, including creating SOWs, Level of Effort estimates, Change Orders, and supporting sales motions • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including executive conversations, whiteboarding future-state architectures, roadmap creation, and influencing decision-making • Passion for delivering software solutions and building Salesforce solutions with state-of-the-art technology • Proven ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to serve as a strategic advisor through end-to-end agentic transformation journeys • Expertise in evolving agentic marketplaces, platforms, frameworks, and emerging capabilities • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into value-aligned recommendations • Ability to identify agentic use cases, assess customer readiness, and prepare adoption strategies • Ability to provide thought leadership on agentic systems
