📋 Description

• Liderar proyectos de automatización industrial en diferentes plantas de la región. • Impulsar iniciativas de robótica, visión artificial y manufactura inteligente. • Participar en la implementación y puesta en marcha de nuevas tecnologías. • Evaluar soluciones técnicas y apoyar la resolución de problemas complejos en planta. • Colaborar con equipos regionales y globales para asegurar la estandarización de procesos y tecnologías. • Promover iniciativas de digitalización e Industria 4.0.

🎯 Requirements

• Ingeniería en Automatización, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica o afín. • Más de 7 años de experiencia en automatización industrial y proyectos de manufactura. • Experiencia con PLCs, HMIs, redes industriales y sistemas de control. • Experiencia en robótica industrial (FANUC, ABB o similares). • Experiencia trabajando directamente en implementación y ejecución de proyectos (hands-on). • Conocimiento en Smart Manufacturing, digitalización o Industria 4.0 será altamente valorado. • Inglés avanzado. • Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 80% en LATAM y Estados Unidos.
