📋 Description

• Deploy the PEAK continuous improvement program holistically in accordance with the guidance, framework, methodology, and roadmap provided by the EFO Manager • Facilitate achievement of the business strategic vision through people development and continuous improvement • Develop capabilities at all organizational levels by planning and delivering PEAK EFO training • Learn, share, and adopt best practices within PEAK and the wider business • Support creation of robust PEAK EFO roadmaps and implementation plans • Define stakeholder expectations and drive successful delivery and completion of improvement plans • Maintain a strong safety culture focused on eliminating operational risks • Build, develop, and inspire a team with a culture of continuous improvement • Analyze assembly line performance and implement processes to improve output • Support and develop multidisciplinary teams in understanding continuous improvement principles, mapping processes, and identifying waste • Conduct continuous improvement training and coaching at sites across Europe and Asia • Deliver training and coaching in person while leveraging technology to coach teams remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing experience • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams at all levels of the organization • Engineering background with a recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline • Ability to work independently in field-based environments • Full driving licence • Willingness to undertake approximately 30–40% international travel • Experience and knowledge of CMMS and facilities management systems • Experience leading continuous improvement and change projects in a fast-moving consumer goods or fast-paced manufacturing environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels • Ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way • Continuous improvement exposure • Ability to motivate and develop a team where initiative, collaboration, and cultural respect are key • CV must be uploaded in English
