📋 Description

• Architect and build scalable AI/NLP platforms for processing unstructured text, documents, and data across enterprise systems • Develop reusable components for entity extraction, content classification, document understanding, and automated reasoning • Lead technical implementation of AI-enabled workflows that integrate with existing enterprise applications • Evaluate and integrate off-the-shelf AI tools and services, making informed build vs. buy decisions • Design data privacy and security systems to enable distributed AI development workflows • Build production-ready AI pipelines that handle real-world data variability and quality challenges • Mentor junior engineers on AI/NLP best practices and enterprise integration patterns • Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize exploratory models into scalable solutions • Establish technical standards for compliance, audit trails, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building NLP/AI systems in production environments • Deep expertise with transformer models, large language models, and modern AI frameworks • Strong software engineering background with Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, document management, etc.) • Proven track record building production AI systems that handle messy, real-world data • Understanding of data governance, privacy-preserving ML techniques, and secure development practices • Experience evaluating and implementing third-party AI platforms and APIs • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • **Preferred:** • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers • Background working with domain-specific data such as clinical records, financial documents, legal contracts, marketing content, or customer communications • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, etc.) • Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and integration frameworks • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications • Advanced degree in relevant field
