📋 Description
• Lead and develop teams that manage and recruit affiliates in Brazil and throughout Latin America • Define and execute the Affiliate Program strategy with a focus on scalability, profitability, and brand strengthening • Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with new affiliates, influencers, and creators • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (CPA, conversion rate, clicks, revenue) • Develop incentive campaigns and engagement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, channel marketing, or performance marketing • Experience working with affiliates, creators, and influencers, preferably in Spanish-speaking markets and/or Brazil • Strong command of performance metrics (CPA, conversion rate, click volume, revenue) • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision, with a results-oriented and process-optimization mindset • Negotiation skills and experience managing strategic partnerships • Experience developing and tracking action plans and acquisition and revenue targets • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a collaborative and inspiring profile • Proficiency in Excel and affiliate platforms • Availability for occasional travel
