📋 Description

• Define, own, and architect the company-wide data strategy, infrastructure, and operationalization • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of high-impact data initiatives • Enable decision science at scale: predictive modeling, experimentation, churn analysis, LTV modeling, and personalization strategies • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, security, and compliance policies • Communicate insights, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations effectively to executive leadership • Mentor senior individual contributors and managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics • Proven experience with high-volume consumer and SMB datasets • Strong technical foundation in data infrastructure, pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, OCI, etc.), ETL/ELT, orchestration (Airflow, DBT), warehouses/lakes, and decision science / predictive modeling • Hands-on understanding of statistics, ML, algorithms, linear algebra, optimization, and experimentation frameworks • Ability to bridge technical execution and business strategy • Excellent communicator, capable of presenting technical strategies and insights to executives • Ambitious, self-driven, and hungry to define the future of data at a large-scale hosting organization.
