📋 Description
• Lead all paid media channels (Search, Display, Video, Social) and SEO • Define and manage a multi-million $ annual media budget • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies • Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation • Oversee global SEO strategy • Build scalable programmatic SEO initiatives • Grow high-intent traffic • Partner with Web and Cart teams to ensure web experience • Be the owner for the single source of truth for performance dashboards • Partner with other Marketing teams and Finance • Drive automation through AI bidding • Lead and mentor a global team of paid media and SEO professionals • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to ensure performance plans align with targets
🎯 Requirements
• Typically, 10–15 years in digital marketing • Significant portion in leadership roles overseeing SEO and paid media strategies • Proficiency in harnessing new-age AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to develop long-term strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
