• Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia exitosa en ventas (preferentemente en servicios). • Amplia experiencia en servicio al cliente y excelentes habilidades de comunicación telefónica. • Dominio del español e inglés (hablado y escrito). • Capacidad para trabajar en horarios de tarde/noche si la demanda de clientes lo requiere. • Configuración confiable de oficina en casa (computadora, auriculares, cámara, internet). • Preferiblemente experiencia en servicios legales, salud, seguros o servicios financieros. • Trabajo previo en entornos de alto volumen telefónico (centros de llamadas, equipos de admisión). • Familiaridad con CRMs como Salesforce, HubSpot o plataformas similares.
