📋 Description

• Own aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey • Responsible for optimizing sales motions and internal customer experience • Design, configure, and deploy innovative solutions in our SFDC instance • Manage a portfolio of projects, sprint items, “hot fixes,” and day-to-day tasks to ensure business continuity and growth • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives • Working administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and CPQ) • Experience with workflow rules and advanced formulas, release management, data migration and cleansing • Managing multiple development environments • Demonstrated success managing projects from end to end • Strong testing and quality assurance skills • Experience administering enterprise sales and customer success tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, FormAssembly and Highspot is a plus • Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Administrator, or Service Cloud certifications are also a plus
