• Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions and product postions • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent • Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives to attract and retain top-tier talent • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed • Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit • Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for technical roles, particularly Software Engineering • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills • Experience working on roles within Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI, Data, etc. • Background recruiting for Contract roles or you have worked with Global Employment Platforms • Ability to engage and influence passive candidates • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English • SaaS/tech industry experience • Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.) • Preferred: Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups • Preferred: Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, etc.) is a plus • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
