📋 Description

• Create and extend 2D environments, backgrounds, props, illustrations, and other visual assets • Combine original sketches, AI-generated images, and manual editing to develop high-quality visuals • Refine compositions, lighting, colours, and visual details to achieve the desired look • Maintain visual consistency across assets and ensure alignment with each project's established style • Create designs that work within larger environments and can be adapted across different platforms • Share work in progress, gather feedback at key stages, and incorporate it into final outputs • Collaborate with designers, animators, and the producer to deliver visual assets that support storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• Strong 2D design and image-making skills • Good understanding of composition, lighting, colour, and typography • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator • Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Seedance, or comparable tools • Strong prompt-writing skills and ability to guide AI tools toward a specific visual direction • Ability to think in 3D space and design coherent environments, props, and visual assets • Excellent spoken and written English • Independence, ownership, attention to detail, and proactive communication • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment • Experience in gaming, animation, or similar visual-production environments is nice to have • Experience with After Effects is nice to have
