• Be the Voice of Nexis Builds • First impression clients have of our company, communication skills must be top-notch. • Handle Inquiries Efficiently • Answer calls, emails, and live chat messages, ensuring quick responses. • Resolve Issues Proactively • Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Build and Maintain Relationships • Foster strong connections with clients and partners. • Process Orders and Service Requests • Handle order placements and project inquiries accurately. • Stay Organized and Detail-Oriented • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with Teams • Work closely with project managers and engineers. • Identify Opportunities for Improvement • Gather customer insights and recommend process enhancements. • Educate Customers • Provide essential information about services and project updates. • Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor • Represent Nexis Builds with enthusiasm and professionalism.
