📋 Description

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, leave programs, and voluntary benefits • Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan performance, manage renewals, and identify cost-containment and optimization opportunities • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and applicable regulations • Oversee HRIS benefits modules and related processes • Maintain documentation for public company audits and regulatory compliance • Manage benefits reporting, including EEO and ACA reporting and required filings • Monitor evolving laws, regulations, and market trends affecting benefits programs • Serve as a benefits subject matter expert and resource • Guide, support, and train HR partners and people leaders • Lead employee benefits education and communication initiatives • Support additional projects and responsibilities as requested by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards roles • 2+ years of team leadership experience • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required • CBP, CEBS, or SHRM-CP certification preferred • Experience designing and/or administering employee benefit programs • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration tools • Experience in a mid-sized or large organization preferred • Experience in a public company environment • Experience managing legal, regulatory, reporting, and filing requirements • Qualified remote candidates must be located within the United States • Must pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens • Must provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify • Satisfactory pre-employment background check results • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing • Ability to work various schedules and stay late when necessary • Mobility within office, warehouse, and construction site environments • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
